All cards are printed front only at this time, in portrait or landscape as you choose. We do not print on the back of any card until further notice. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your cards will have a blank back.

Nothing prints before your written proof approval. Your approval confirms that names, photos, and layout are final and correct. Once you approve the proof, printing begins and the approved version is the version that is produced.

Your institution is responsible for the accuracy of the rosters, names, photos, and details it submits. Please review everything carefully before approving your proof. Errors in submitted content are corrected by reprint at the normal per-card rate.

When you supply your own design, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it. We print your file as supplied, after showing you a proof of the file as received. Errors in a supplied design are your responsibility. Files that are not print-ready require setup or redesign work, which is quoted before printing.

Photos and lists you submit are used only to produce your order. They are never sold or shared with anyone else. By submitting photos of your students or staff, your institution confirms it has the consent and the right to share them with us for this purpose.

Every order starts with a written quote that you approve. A deposit is required before printing begins, and the balance is due on delivery. Rush fees, delivery charges, and add-on prices are quoted up front, so the amount you approve is the amount you pay.

Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days from approved proof. Orders needed inside 48 hours are rush orders and add 50% to the card total, with a minimum rush fee of $15. Turnaround times begin at proof approval, not at order submission.

If we make a printing error or a card is defective, we replace it free. If the error came from content you submitted or approved, the card is reprinted at the normal per-card rate, with no setup fee on an approved template. Lost cards are replaced at the same per-card rate.

Pickup is available, and we hand deliver in Broward and Miami-Dade. Local delivery is free on orders of $150 or more. Shipping is charged at actual cost plus $5 handling, and every shipment is tracked. On-site printing sessions are $75 per session plus per-card prices.

You may cancel free of charge any time before you approve the proof. After proof approval, work that has already been printed is billable, because your cards are custom made and cannot be resold.

Churches and nonprofits automatically receive the mid-tier rate of $9 per card, regardless of order size. No special application is needed. The rate is applied in your written quote.
